For Our Apparel Products

If I'm not satisfied with my purchase, how do I get a refund?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can mail back your unworn item to us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will refund you the purchase amount minus shipping.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in 'new condition' and has not been washed or worn. Please include the reason for your return along with your returned item.

 I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?

Yes, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Simply return the unworn item within 30 days.  Include a copy of your invoice and a note describing the size you'd like to exchange for, and we'll ship it back to you for free.  

What if there is a defect in the product?

If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. We will generate a return label for you and send you a replacement.  Please contact us at orders@lovelife.org to advise us of your return or any other questions.

For Our Coffee Products:

We do not accept returns, but we will refund/replace them if the order arrives damaged or in the rare case of a production/quality issue.
